2019 PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Welcome to the Mid-Hudson Chapter web-site.

The Mid Hudson Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is a small chapter with approximately 80 members in a region stretching from the northern periphery of the NYC Metro area to the upper Hudson Valley. As outlined in our mission statement, we want to support and advance the professional, educational, social and personal needs of our members.

We were one of the first chapters to develop a “home-grown” educational seminar dealing with topics encountered in our everyday assignments. Since our topics change every year, you may have something to offer or request for our 2019 seminar.

We are open to any ideas or suggestions that will help strengthen our chapter. We want to promote membership participation in our four yearly meetings and events. And finally, we are requesting volunteers to step forward to help with the future governance and guidance of the chapter.
