The Affiliate category category is open to individuals who are interested in property economics but do NOT provide any Service(s) as defined by the Code of Professional Ethics (CPE). The Student Affiliate category is open to students who are CURRENTLY enrolled in AT LEAST six (6) credit semester hours of approved education from a college or university in program related to real estate appraisal, finance and/or real property economics (must provide proof of enrollment to be eligible for the Student Affiliate category). Student Affiliates do NOT provide any Service(s) as defined by the CPE.
