Hafner Valuation Group, Inc. is seeking Certified General or a Certified Residential Appraiser wanting to transition into commercial appraisal.  We are a commercial appraisal and consultation firm, founded in 1976 and primarily servicing the Capital District. We are seeking a State Certified Appraiser but will consider a Trainee with the right attributes and some previous real estate experience.

The is a full-time employee position. Tasks will include all aspects related to real property valuation: market research, property inspections, financial modeling, property income and expense analysis, and narrative report writing.  Our appraisers prefer to work from home but have full support from our senior appraisers. All resources needed to develop, report, and deliver the appraisal will be provided by the Company.
