OFFERING WILL TAKE PLACE APRIL 23th.
THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE.
IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CREDIT.
Virtual Classroom Guidelines: Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit.
The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor.
A copy of your driver’s license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the start date.
You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information.

Appraisal Institute CE – Approved – 4 Hours (20 Points)
New York State CE – 4 Hours – Pending
This course is for those people who are licensed and have already taken the 7 Hour Fair Housing & Fair Lending for Appraisers class at least one time. You can then take this 4-hour version going forward for your license renewal.
The class will open at 8:00 am Eastern Time to check devices and ensure you can meet the Virtual education requirements.
Roll call will start at 8:30 am sharp. The class hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (EST).
100% attendance required with audio video requirements met for the 100% requirement.
